Patch Day! 3.0.2 Pre-WotLK!
Here we go again! Pre-Wrath patch is out, as the new expansion hits in one months time!
I've got the official patch notes up on the forum, as per the usual, and MMO-Champion has a lot of the extras that aren't in there.
This is a doosey of a patch too. 1.2gb in size! And that's not even the whole of Northrend!

Site Maintenance
Okay, the site's going to go down soon to move to a new server. The good part is, we get PHP5, so I can dink around with things, and be prepared for more new stuff with the Roster. Bad part is, the site will be down for a little while.
If you don't get the page tomorrow or the next, please be calm. It will return as quickly as possible.

Happy Patch Day! 2.1!
Well, here we go! Onto the first major patch since the Burning Crusade was released! 2.1 will bring about some major changes and additions, including the ever elusive Black Temple 25-man raid instance.
Of course, there are going to be problems with our addons, so don't be surprised if your faves are broken beyond belief.
The patch list is HUGE too. Anyone wondering about the specifics should make with the clicky on this article's Read More option.

Site Update Done!
Last night, I updated the site to DF 9.1.2.1. Yeah. It broke. Blocks broke, admin menu broke, and Combined (our front page) was trashed. I hit the forums hard, and just a while ago, decided to do something novel: uninstall and reinstall Combined.
Low and behold! I present the site without problems! YaaaaaY!

Poll for Voice Comm Server
I've been looking at purchasing an additional resource for us. A voice communication server (Teamspeak or Ventrillo), from Game Daemons.
Hence, the new poll.
If the vote is for either one, I'll pick it. The specs I'm looking to buy is a 25-slot voice server, located in Dallas, Texas.
$7.95/month, or $28.62 for a four month pre-payed server.

Change-ups
No, you're not seeing things, I changed up the front page. I liked the module that WoWRoster.net is using so much that I asked Zanix what it was!
Combined, is exactly that. Combined. It's set up for news, forums, and downloads. I would have the gallery put in, but that's not a big thing for me.
I may change it up again later to add the MotD, as the RosterDF block for the MotD is broken. But I can set the MotD image as a variable (which shouldn't be hard), I can add it to the Combined template form!
Anyway, there ya go. Combined.
